Wolff & Samson’s Robert Crespi Receives NAIOP NJ “Pillar Award”

Wolff & Samson is proud to announce that member Robert H. Crespi, of Millburn, NJ, has been selected by NAIOP’s New Jersey chapter to receive the 2012 Pillar Award. Rob will be presented the award on November 5, 2012 at NAIOP NJ’s President's Awards & Hall of Fame Dinner at the Short Hills Hilton, Short Hills, NJ.

The Pillar Award was created in 2010 to honor members who set an example of involvement for others to emulate over many years of active membership, service in leadership roles, advocacy, sponsorships and speaking roles.

NAIOP said of Rob, “Whenever NAIOP asks, you are always ready and willing to serve, and that makes you one of the true pillars of the New Jersey chapter.”

Rob is a member of Wolff & Samson’s Environmental and Renewable Energy and Sustainability Groups. He represents a diverse client base in complex transactional and development issues, as well as in regulatory, compliance and litigation matters. He also counsels clients with regard to regulatory issues related to sustainability and renewable energy.

Rob is the co-chair of the NAIOP NJ Energy and Sustainability Committee, as well as a past co-chair of its Education Committee, and a member of its Regulatory Affairs Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Membership Committee of the Urban Land Institute, Northern New Jersey Council.

Rob graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law, where he received his J.D. and a Certificate in Environmental Law.
