Vehicle Stolen from Residence; Millburn Police Department Investigating

On May 2, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Barbosa responded to Neiman Marcus on a theft report. Neiman Marcus personnel report a black male wearing a black jumpsuit with the word “Kappa” on the front, and a black male wearing a blue shirt with the word “Champion” on the front each took a backpack valued at $1195.00 each and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On May 2, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Crawn responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sephora personnel report 32 year old Sophia Taylor of East Orange concealed 5 items valued at $122.00 in her purse and left the store without making payment. Ms. Taylor was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On May 3, 2018 Millburn Police Lieutenant Ronceray stopped a 2015 Honda Accord on Millburn/Whittingham for making an improper left turn. The investigation led to the arrest of 25 year old Shannon McCormick of Harrison for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. McCormick was issued a summons and released.

On May 4, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Marone responded to a Twin Oak Road residence on a stolen vehicle report. The resident reports sometime overnight unknown actor/s took her 2018 Porsche Macan from the driveway. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On May 5, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Barbosa responded to Bloomingdales on a theft report. Bloomingdales personnel report a black male wearing a New Orleans football jersey took 3 pairs of Beats headphones valued at $899.85 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On May 5, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Barbosa responded to the Stuart Weitzman store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Stuart Weitzman personnel report a white female with long dark hair took a pair of sandals valued at $455.00 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
