Menopause Awareness Discussion with Author Linda Condrillo, Michelle Retik, Elizabeth Girouard and Li Hayes

Fun and informative event at The Book House will feature book, tips, and products for staying cool, calm, and healthy in Menopause—and chocolate!  

Millburn, NJ, September 5, 2019 – The Book House will present a Menopause Awareness Discussion and Book Signing with local author, Linda Condrillo on Sunday, September 15 starting at 4:30 p.m. The event will feature a reading by Mrs. Condrillo from her newly released book: “PERIOD. The End: Wit, Wisdom, and Practical Guidance for Women in Menopause—and Beyond.”  

The event will also include a sampling of chocolate by The Chocolate Works; “JOMO” bars made especially for ladies of a certain age by Michelle Retik; tips for staying healthy by certified holistic health coach Elizabeth Girouard,and fashionable scarves made with the menopausal woman in mind by local artisan Li Hayes. 

This timely event will occur during Menopause Awareness month. The Book House is pleased to bring this talented group of women together which will bring much needed comic relief to this sensitive subject.   

About The Book House:

Started in 2018 by Short Hills resident Nadege Nicoll. The Book Houseis a cozy bookstore curated to its community’s needs and wants. It has a little café with high quality teas and coffee, as well as an art gallery featuring local artists. The Book House is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

About the Author:

Linda Condrillo writes for TAPinto Mountainside  and is a Realtor with Keller Williams in Short Hills. Her debut book,  PERIOD.
