Essex County to Begin Pavement on Upper Millburn Avenue Next Month

MILLBURN, NJ - The stretch of roadway near Millburn High School is about to get a whole lot smoother in the coming weeks, as Essex County will start milling and paving on Upper Millburn Avenue starting early next month.
