MILLBURN, NJ - Thursday afternoon, members of the Millburn Township Committee and Chamber of Commerce were on hand to welcome the newest business to the downtown corridor.
Orangetheory Fitness officially opened its doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a table of food for those in attendance. The store is the 27th in the state of New Jersey. Store owner Adam Krell was in attendance and spoke to his excitement about his new location.
"I think we're very excited to be here," Krell said. "it's a long time coming. We've been trying to get into [Millburn] for a long time. I think the people here are a perfect fit for our brand. They're looking for a healthy lifestyle."
Krell added, "I think we provide that, and they're looking for a dynamic, fun place where they can get results and I think that's what we do."
Krell was not the only one excited by the grand opening. For Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Roxanne Giacolone, the new business is welcome, as she hopes for Orangetheory to become the start of a major business push.
"We look forward to their success," Giacalone said. "Seeing the community support our local businesses. We welcome all the new activity and buzz in town."
According to Krell, Orangetheory offers group-based personal training with technological integration, that helps members see results.
