MILLBURN, NJ - We are excited to announce the return of a very popular program from the Fall.  Dr. STEM for Young Engineers will be coming back to Millburn Recreation in January.  This program is available to all Millburn Short Hills residents who are in grades 1-5. Please see information below and attached document for more information.  Registration will be open for all weekly Tuesday classes and all weekly Friday classes.

Former elementary STEM teacher, Larry, “Doc” Siegel, introduces the Engineering Design Process to young engineers who will build towers, bridges, egg catchers and more. They will collaborate, brainstorm solutions, design, construct, test and present 3D design solutions.

Available for all Millburn-Short Hills residents in grades 1-5. No child is too young to think like an engineer! After all, it’s about tinkering!

Class Dates:         Tuesdays Jan 8 – Mar 5 (No class 2/19) OR Fridays Jan 11 - Mar 8 (No class 2/22)

(YOU WILL REGISTER FOR ALL THE TUESDAY CLASSES OR ALL THE FRIDAY CLASSES)

Class Times (please note different times from Fall):  3:30-4:30pm (Grades 1-2)   4:45-5:45pm (Grades 3-5)
