Last year's ceremony featured appearances from crew members serving on the USNS Burlington, as well as a speech from Tom Malinowski, Millburn's representative in the Seventh Congressional District of New Jersey.

The parade was also led by Grand Marshall Jake Dalton, a life-long township resident and member of the Guy R. Bosworth American Legion Post 140.

In a post on their website, the township is inviting all residents, neighbors and businesses in town to participate in the festivities. Volunteer, programming and road closure information will be released to residents as the parade date draws closer.
