RANDOLPH, NJ – New Jersey high school students with an eye for photography have until April 14, 2018 to enter the County College of Morris (CCM) Sixth Annual Photo Contest for the chance to win prizes and be recognized at a CCM art exhibition. Millburn Camera ASAP in Millburn is sponsoring this year’s contest. As one of the largest photo stores in the state, it will be providing gift certificates for the First, Second and Third place winners.

High-school-age photographers are invited to submit photos representing their definition of Turbulent Times. The state of turbulence is characterized by conflict, disorder or confusion. A photograph can exhibit formal disorder, organizing the elements of composition in an untraditional way. It could also present violent weather, political conflict and personal confusion.

Winning photographs, honorable mentions and finalists will be featured in an exhibition also including work by CCM photography students. The exhibit will take place next May in CCM’s Art and Design Gallery. Winners are required to submit high-resolution files for the exhibition and may need to show proof of ID and authorship.
