MILLBURN, NJ - The following is the millburn Police Department Blotter from Jan. 29 to Feb. 4:

On January 29, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Herrera responded to Louis Vuitton at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Louis Vuitton personnel reported that a black male wearing a black puffy jacket, black pants and black sneakers, took three handbags, total value $10,350.00 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 30, 2020 Millburn Police Officer McMillan responded to Sephora at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sephora associates reported that a black female identified as Senora Jones, age 28 of Irvington, concealed two makeup products, total value $66.00 and left the store without making payment. Jones was placed under arrest for shoplifting, issued a summons and released.

On January 30, 2020 Millburn Police Officers Herrera and Pinero conducted an investigation upon smelling an odor of marijuana in J Lot at the Mall at Short Hills, report of a shoplifting. Officer Herrera observed a bag of marijuana in plain view in a parked silver Honda Odyssey.   Shortly after, a black male identified as Lawal Erskine, age 35 of Teaneck, got into the vehicle and a motor vehicle stop was initiated.  Erskine was placed under arrest for possession of CDS and an outstanding warrant out of Elizabeth. He was issued summonses and released. 

On January 31, 2020, Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded Bloomingdales at The Mall at Short Hills on a report of two males smashing a display cases with a sledge hammer.  Bloomingdales associates reported that one male was described as a short back male, 40-50 years old, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and was with a second male.  The males stole approximately 10 Rolex watches from the case, approximate value $120,000 and ran out of the store without making payment. This incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.   

On February 2, 2020, Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to Fendi at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report.  Fendi associates reported that a black female, 25-35, wearing a black Moncler parka, burgundy leggings, brown boots and brown hat, selected a handbag value $2890.00 and left the store without making payment.  The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On February 2, 2020, Millburn Police Lieutenant Ronceray stopped a 2010 Audi A4 for failure to maintain lanes on JFK Parkway southbound.  The investigation led to the arrest of Jun Harrigan, age 19, of Maplewood for possession of a controlled dangerous substance(marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harrigan was subsequently issued summonses and released.
