MILLBURN, NJ - On Feb. 28, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Manuyag stopped a 2007 Nissan Altima on South Orange/Exeter for an inoperable brake light. The investigation led to the arrest of 25-year-old Luckner Maxi of Maplewood for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). Mr. Maxi was issued a summons and released.

On February 28, 2019, Millburn Police Detective Mendelsohn took a theft report from Neiman Marcus that occurred on February 24, 2019. Neiman Marcus personnel report a white female wearing a black jacket, black pants with a blue stripe, and carrying a tan shoulder bag carried out a pair of headphones valued at $300.00 without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 1, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Laverty responded to a Fairfield Drive residence on a vehicle theft report. The resident reports sometime overnight a loaner 2019 Audi Q5 was taken from the driveway. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 3, 2019, Millburn Police Lieutenant Ronceray stopped a 2010 Honda Civic on JFK Pkwy near the mall for having front tinted windows. The investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Chaihian Diaz-Nunez of Perth Amboy for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Diaz-Nunez was issued a summons and released.
