On October 1, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Larcom responded to Macys on a theft report. Macys personnel report 18 year old Sharrod Morris of Newark concealed $267.00 worth of merchandise in a bag and in his pants and left the store without making payment. Mr. Morris was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On October 2, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Manuyag responded to a Walnut Ave residence on a bicycle theft report. The resident reports between October 1-2, 2019 unknown actor/s cut his bicycle lock and took his $700.00 black Trek Marlin from the Millburn Train Station. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 3, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to Panera on Morris Tpk on a theft report. A patron reports the theft of her wallet between 1:30-2:15 pm while at the restaurant, and states she was alerted to several credit cards being used in Union. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 4, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Barbosa responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sephora personnel report 18 year old Shanna Brown of Philadelphia concealed 22 items in a bag and in her pockets valued at $573.00 and left the store without making payment. Ms. Brown was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On October 6, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to a Mohawk Rd residence on a motor vehicle theft report. The resident reports sometime overnight unknown actor/s took his 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan from the driveway. Another Mohawk Rd resident reports a burglary to his BMW 550 overnight in which 2 items were taken and found on the street. A Kean Rd resident reports the theft of her 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the driveway. A Rippling Brook Rd resident reports a burglary to his 2018 Infiniti QX3 in which credit cards and $40.00 cash was taken. All the incidents are under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 8, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2016 BMW 320I on Millburn/Vauxhall for having tinted windows. The investigation led to the arrest of 21 year old Edson Dorsainvil of Rahway on outstanding criminal and traffic warrants out of Linden. Mr. Dorsainvil was issued a summons and turned over to the Linden Police Department.
