On January 22, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to the Sidney Thomas store at The Mall at  Short Hills on a fraud report. Sidney Thomas personnel report 40 year old Trevor Stjohn of Brooklyn attempted to purchase a Rolex watch valued at $8150.00 using a counterfeit credit card. Mr. Stjohn was placed under arrest and charged with fraud and possession of a counterfeit license before being released on a summons.

On January 23, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Seebohm responded to reports of burglaries to motor vehicles on Ocean and Mechanic involving a 2008 Infiniti E35 and a 2017 Jeep Commander that occurred sometime overnight. The Infiniti owner reports nothing missing from the vehicle. The Jeep Commander owner reports the registration and insurance were taken. Both incidents are under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 23, 2019 Millburn Police Officers Seebohm and Marone responded to the Clifton Police Department on a warrant arrest. Steven Vincent, age 24 of East Orange, was placed under arrest on an outstanding criminal warrant and remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.

On January 24, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Seebohm stopped a 2016 Kia Forte on JFK Pkwy North for a brake light out. The investigation led to the arrest of 28 year old Bassania Daley of Montclair for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Daley was issued a summons and released.

On January 26, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Manuyag observed a 1999 Toyota Sienna parked in a fire lane on Locust Dr with the engine running and the driver asleep. The investigation led to the arrest of 34 year old Duckenson Mytil of Union for driving under the influence. Mr. Mytil was issued a summons and released. 

On January 26, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to the Sunglass Hut store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sunglass Hut personnel report 69 year old Michael Farber of Montville concealed a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $213.00 in his jacket and left the store without making payment. Mr. Farber was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On January 26, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to the Neiman Marcus store on a theft report. Neiman Marcus personnel report a white male wearing a Knicks hat, blue sweater, and blue jeans cut a security wire from a backpack valued at $950.00 and left the store carrying the merchandise without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 27, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Wichelns responded to Millburn/Ridgewood on a report of a driver asleep in her vehicle in the left lane. The investigation led to the arrest of 32 year old Arnitra Lee of Roselle for driving under the influence. Ms. Lee was issued a summons and released.

On January 27, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to Macys on a theft report. Macys personnel report 28 year old Liliia Kushnir and 31 year old Endri Veledini of Ridgewood concealed 16 items valued at $1124.00 in bags and left the store without making payment. Both individuals were placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On January 28, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to Neiman Marcus on a theft report that occurred on January 15, 2019. Neiman Marcus personnel report an older white male wearing a grey hat, blue sweater, and black pants cut the security wire on a jacket valued at $1350.00 and left the store wearing the merchandise without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 28, 2019 Millburn Police responded to the parking lot at 770 Morris Tpk on a report of 2 suspicious males. The investigation led to the arrest of 25 year old Jaquil Darvin of Newark and 19 year old David Romo-Leroux of Union for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a stolen check out of Livingston. Both individuals were issued summonses and turned over to the Livingston Police Department.

On January 28, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to headquarters on a theft report. The resident reports the theft of her Iphone 6 and driver’s license from the Millburn library between 5-6:00 pm. The phone was at the charging station at the library when it was taken. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
