UPDATE: Work has now been pushed back slightly. According to the township, Farley Place, Ridgewood Road and Old Short Hills Road are now scheduled for milling and paving work on or about Monday, Nov. 18.
MILLBURN, NJ - Milling and re-paving work will be starting on three streets in town this week, according to the township.
Farley Place, Ridgewood Road and Old Short Hills Road are scheduled for the routine roadwork and the township will share schedule updates as they are received.
Farley Place will be milled and paved from Morris Turnpike to Millburn Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day. Ridgewood Road is scheduled to begin upon completion of Farley Place and will be paved from Main Street to Parkview Terrace.
Following both roads being re-paved, Old Short Hills Road from Parsonage Hill Road to Essex Street will be milled and paved overnights. Sections of Old Short Hills Road will be closed intermittently between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. during the work.
Detour signs will be posted during all three projects.
