MILLBURN, NJ - In advance of a plan to redevelop the former Wells Fargo Bank site into residential housing, developer MRY Associates will hold a public presentation to explain to residents what is being proposed or the location.

The meeting will be held on Monday, July 29 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. in the second-floor auditorium of the Millburn Public Library. There, residents will get the chance to ask the developers questions about the site, the building and more.

As noted in the initial developer plan presented before the Millburn Township Committee last month, the outline is as follows;

The current renderings call for 56-residential apartments, mostly two and three bedrooms in size, with a recessed one-story parking garage on the first floor that will exit out on to Millburn Avenue, at roughly the same spot as the current egress point on the property.

The developers are looking for residents and businesses in Millburn to share feedback about the proposed concept plan, and what the positive and negative impact may be on the community. Questions of the developers are also welcome.
