MILLBURN, NJ — As the Millburn High School Athletic Hall of Fame prepares to announce its newest induction class, TAPinto Millburn/Short Hills will be taking a look back at the hall of fame classes that have proceeded this year's inductees.

The groups inducted into the hall of fame comprise some of the most noteworthy names in Millburn Athletics history. In today's installment, TAPinto Millburn/Short Hills takes a look back at the inaugural class of 1995.

  • Albert R. Carella — Class of 1938; Honored for football, basketball, baseball and track.
  • Robert F. Pearson — Class of 1946; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • Edwin S. Miller — Class of 1947; Honored for Football, basketball, baseball, golf and track.
  • Frederick J. Wynne — Class of 1955; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • David E. Adam — Class of 1957; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • Philip G. Krug — Class of 1966; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • Michael Marchev — Class of 1967; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • William Miron — Class of 1974; Honored for football, wrestling and track & field.
  • Mark R. Serruto — Class of 1976; Honored for football, wrestling and baseball.
  • Susan O'Connell Doherty — Class of 1979; Honored for tennis, basketball and track & field.
  • Megan McHugh O'Brien — Class of 1980; Honored for field hockey, winter track and track & field.
  • Rennie R. Benn — Class of 1981; Honored for football, basketball and baseball.
  • Paul H. Beck — Class of 1945; Honored for his role as a teacher, coach and administrator.

The ceremony for the class of 2020 will be held on April 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria of Millburn High School. Residents wishing to attend may contact the Millburn High School athletic office for more information about tickets.
