MILLBURN, NJ - In a key game to start the year, Millburn came out with a statement win against the defending champs from the prior grade level.

The team faced off against the defending fourth grade champs from West Orange, coached by former New Jersey Governor Richard Codey. Milburn coaches Robert Dasti and Mike Brown had the boys warmed up and ready to go.

After a slow start, Millburn was down 6-3, but by half time it was 15-8 Millburn. By the end of the game, the Millers out hustled and played like a team to a commanding 30-17 win.

The boys play Nutley today at home in a 12:00 for those who want to come watch and support.
