WEST ORANGE, NJ - After three games this season, the Millburn Millers are still looking for little tweaks to make as they search for their first win in the 2019-2020 season.

The Millers drew to a 2-2 tie in last night's game against Nutley. Ryan Potechin (first period) and Ben Hayum (second period) both scored for the Millers, with Justin Devlin (first period) and Rocco Albanese (third period) providing the Nutley goals.

After the game, interim head coach Chris Myers, taking over temporarily for Coach Doria in this two-game stretch said he saw the team make some strides in the game.

"We improved a lot after our loss on Saturday. We played great in the defensive zone and really limited their chances," Meyers said. "Had a lot of shots on goal and their goalie played well, but we need to take advantage of our opportunities in front of the net.

"With the injury to Duncan Stewart, Casey Dutch really stepped up today and his hustle brought a lot of energy to our offense."

With the draw, Millburn now sits at a 0-1-2 record. The Millers will be back in action Friday night against Oratory Prep at Codey Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 6:45 p.m.
