SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Alice's CUP Food Pantry assists more than 400 Middlesex County families a month. The organization that dishes out a helping hand is badly in need of hands to assist. Volunteers staff the busy food pantry located in the annex of the Spotswood Reformed Church on Main Street. Currently, they are short staffed and asking for volunteers.

Alice's CUP is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Volunteers typically work two-hour shifts in either the morning or afternoon. In the future, there may be a Tuesday evening time slot available. They can volunteer once a week, bi-weekly or once a month. However, the pantry is also flexible and will try to work out a time that bests fits into the volunteer's schedule.

Interested parties that are 18 years of age or older can email Robyn Hayes for further information or to arrange a volunteer shift at rockynrobyn6@cs.com or RHayes6@aol.com.

Alice's CUP Food Pantry is located in the annex of the Spotswood Reformed Church between the church and the Verizon building. The entrance is in the rear.
