SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Spotswood's Mayor Nicholas Poliseno and the Borough Council will be hosting the seventh annual Mayor/Council Community Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, October 25 at the VFW-33, which is located on Daniel Road. The breakfast will be held from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
The pancake breakfast is also a local fundraiser. All the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Alice's Cup Pantry that is located on Main Street in the Spotswood Reformed Church Annex. The pantry is currently providing food for more than 300 Middlesex County families.
The cost for the pancake breakfast is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 for children. Diners are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item that will also be donated to Alice's Cup along with the proceeds from the breakfast.
