On October 21 the Lower Raritan Watershed Partnership meeting will be held 10-noon in the Middlesex County Planning Offices at 75 Bayard Street, New Brunswick, NJ – 5th floor mid-size conference room.
The discussion this month is all about waste and recycling. We will hear first from Middlesex County Utilities Authority Landfill General Superintendent, Brian Murray and the MCUA Landfill Engineer, Robert Leslie who will give us an overview of their work and of the County's landfill facilities.
We will then be joined by Gary Sondermeyer with Bayshore Recycling who will give an overview of Bayshore, recycling markets, and the economics of waste and recycling.
