EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The Township of East Brunswick’s Veterans Day Observance will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. outdoors  in Veterans Park at the East Brunswick Municipal Complex, 1 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive.  In the event of inclement weather, the program will move indoors to the East Brunswick Senior Center.

The Township’s annual Veterans Day Observance will thank and honor the men and women who served honorably in the military - in wartime or peacetime.

Serving as this year’s guest speaker is Christian P Fleming, Esq.  Christian currently serves as the Commanding Officer of the Navy Reserve, Naval Justice School Unit which is the primary training unit for Navy Reserve JAGS.  Taking part in the program will be the East Brunswick Veterans Alliance.  Edwin Kolbeck, Commander of VFW Post #133 will lead the Pledge of Allegiance.  Wreath Bearers will be Paul Deutsch and Irwin Steinlight of the Vietnam Veterans of America, John Chunco, Commander of AMVETS Post #34, and Ira Roth, Commander of

JWV Post #311.  Bagpiper, John O’Keefe and bugler, Chaplain John Marmion will also take part in this year’s program.  The East Brunswick Community Chorus will lead in song, and Boy Scout Troop #223 will assist with the program.
