EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. – CBRE Group Inc. announced today that it facilitated four lease transactions at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick, bringing the 23-story, Class A office tower to 90-percent occupancy for the first time in more than 12 years.
The CBRE team of Executive Vice President Joseph Sarno Jr., Senior Vice President Jeremy Neuer and Senior Vice President Doug Petrozzini represented ownership, which acquired Two Tower Center in late 2015, in the following transactions:
- ACI Worldwide, a banking and payment solutions company, signed a new, six-year lease for 25,330 square feet.
- Mauser USA, a manufacturer of industrial packing solutions, signed a new, 10-year lease for 12,622 square feet.
- Delphi Technology, Inc., a software solutions firm, signed a five-year renewal of its 15,186-square-foot lease.
- Angang America Inc. signed a three-year renewal of its 3,416-square-foot lease.

A 405,600-square-foot property, Two Tower Center is situated in Middlesex County, at the intersection of Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike, with access to Route 1, one of the area's main thoroughfares. The building sits within a three-building complex that is comprised of two 24-story office towers that are among the tallest structures in Central Jersey, and a 12-story, 405-room Hilton Hotel.
The prominent tenant roster also includes PNC Bank, Wipro Technology, McCarter & English and CBRE's Central New Jersey office. Amenities include a full-service cafeteria, 24-hour security, on-site building management, a destination-based elevator system and a seven-story, covered parking garage.
