SPOTSWOOD, NJ - As the Spotswood School District prepares to move from all virtual learning to a hybrid model on Monday, October 26, many parents may be wondering what time drop off and pick up is at the different schools and other important questions. To streamline the process of finding answers to questions about start times, masks and what days are hybrid schedule and which are virtual, the Spotswood School District has created a webpage filled with quick links to better assist parents in the transition. The webpage contains general links for the district as well as specific ones for the Schoenly, Appleby, Memorial and Spotswood High Schools.

The Spotswood School District began the 2020-21 academic year virtually for all students. On Monday, October 26 students participating in the in-person portion of the hybrid learning model will enter their school building for the first time since mid-March. Students have been divided into two cohorts. Cohort A attends school in-person on Mondays and Tuesdays while students in Cohort B go to school on Thursdays and Fridays. All students are virtual on Wednesdays. The hybrid schedule is a half day for students without lunch. Students return home for lunch and teachers will hold virtual office hours in the afternoon. Parents not wishing for their children to attend any in-person classes because of coronavirus concerns do have the option to opt out and keep their students all virtual.
