SPOTSWOOD, NJ - The Immaculate Conception Church is offering A Safe Place for residents who have experienced a sudden death due to suicide, drug overdose, crime, violence and other instances that can be difficult to come to terms with.

The group is designed to allow participants a non-judgmental forum in which to share their experiences, ask questions and listen to others who may be in similar circumstances. A Safe Place will be facilitated by the Immaculate Conception Church's pastor, Father Joseph Curry as well as the Executive Director of Catholic Charities, Marianne Majewski.

The open group is set to meet on Thursday, Aug. 3 and Thursday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Rectory at 18 South St. in Spotswood.
