FLORHAM PARK, NJ — Levine, Furman & Rubin, LLC - Estate Planning & Elder Law - will again support the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter as a leading sponsor of the 2020 Walk to End Alzheimer’s®. The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

The Mercer-Middlesex Walk To End Alzheimer’s is happening everywhere on Saturday, September 12. Due to COVID-19, the Alzheimer’s Association is encouraging participants to walk as individuals or in small groups on sidewalks, tracks and trails around their neighborhoods. An opening ceremony featuring local speakers and a presentation of “Promise Flowers” to honor the personal reasons participants join together to fight Alzheimer’s, can be attended virtually; and the iconic “Promise Garden” to honor all those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias will be planted at Brookdale Hamilton, 1645 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd. in Hamilton. All participants are welcome to drive by between 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. to view the inspirational plantings.

“The Alzheimer's Association Greater New Jersey Chapter (AAGNJ) is committed to collaborating with our community partners to create a safety net around those impacted by dementia”, said chapter executive director, Cheryl Ricci-Francione.  “We provide a vast array of resources and educational programs to New Jersey residents, all at no cost. We are able to provide these services due to the generous support of our donors and corporate sponsors.”
