MILLTOWN, NJ - Milltown will reopen its Borough Offices on Monday, July 6 to the public. However, residents are still being strongly recommended to conduct business with the various borough departments through telephone, email, regular mail and the drop boxes located outside the Milltown Municipal Building. The announcement was made by Milltown Business Administrator and Chief Financial Officer Jeanette M Larrison through a Nixle advisory and a letter posted on the borough website.

Residents visiting the Milltown Municipal Building are asked to make an appointment prior to coming to the borough offices. Appointments can be made by telephoning 732-828-2100 and using the appropriate department extension. Department extensions are as follows:

  • Registrar - extension 119 or 126
  • Zoning/Code Enforcement - extension 143
  • DPW Supervisor - extension 135
  • Utilities Director - extension 137
  • Tax Assessor - extension 142

Visitors to the Milltown Municipal Center must wear face coverings and limit their interactions to borough business only. The municipal building's bathroom facilities will remain closed to the public until further notice. Any visitors are asked to use the hand sanitizers available at all borough business windows before touching any surfaces.
