Nick Moran Powers Boys Varsity Soccer to Another Win

SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Junior Nick Moran continued his impressive start of the young soccer season for the Chargers' boys varsity soccer team as he netted four goals and notched one assist in 5-0 rout over Carteret this afternoon. Moran has eleven goals and two assists in the first three games for Spotswood.

Dylan Blado also had a great game with three points on the afternoon, adding a goal and two assists to the score sheet. Matteo Tavella and Ed Amaya both had assists in the lopsided victory.

Zach Rodriguez was strong in net for the Chargers with ten saves. James Hart stopped eight Spotswood shots for Highland Park.

The win keeps the Chargers rolling with three straight victories to open the season. They take on Middlesex tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at home following the annual Spotswood 5K.
