SPOTSWOOD, NJ - The Spotswood Public Library is hosting a special program to help young readers become more confident. They are inviting readers, ages three and up who need practice reading out loud, to come to the library on Main Street to read to Lily.
Lily is a certified theraphy dog that thoroughly enjoys having children read aloud to her. She is certified through Theraphy Dogs International and will be visiting the Spotswood Public Library on Aug. 12, Aug. 19 and Aug. 26. The Paws to Read program will begin at 3 p.m.
Participants do need to register and can do so on the library's website or by calling the Spotswood Public Library at 732-251-1515.
