Registration Open For Spotswood Youth Baseball & Softball League

SPOTSWOOD, NJ - It may be time to be thinking about sledding and ice skates, but spring and baseball season isn't that far away. The Spotswood Youth Baseball and Softball League has opened up the registration for their spring season. Registration can be done online though March 10. A $25 late fee will be charged for any registration received after March 10.

In-person registration will also be available at the Spotswood Municipal Courtroom on the following dates:

  • Saturday, December 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 21 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
  • Saturday, February 18  from 1 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

There will be a $10 early bird discount for any player registered in-person on December 17. A $5 discount will be offered for in-person player signups on January 21 and February 18. Exact cash and check are preferred forms of payment at in-person registrations. However, payment can also be done by major credit cards. Canning and candy buy-outs must be done at the time of registration. They won't be offered any longer during the season. A work bond will not be required by the SYBSL for the upcoming spring season.
