EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The sky was blue.  The grass was green. The people were purple, orange, pink, and yellow.

Last week's Color Fun Run, hosted by the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship of East Brunswick, showed a local faith community at their colorful best as dozens of folks ran and walked a course that began at Playhouse 22 and continued through Heavenly Farms.

All of the proceeds from the Color Fun Run were donated to Speed the Light. This organization provides essential equipment and transportation for missionaries around the globe. According to the event flyer, "Many of these missionaries work with refugees, those in extreme poverty, and victims of sex-trafficking.
