MIDDLESEX, NJ - The Spotswood High School girls varsity soccer team won their third game in a row on Saturday, September 12 when they beat Middlesex 2-0 in an early morning away match. 

Lizzie Vignuolo earned her third straight shut out, stopping three Middlesex shots on goal. Seniors Jessica Meagher and Katie Wasserman both scored to seal the Chargers' victory. Meagher has netted a goal in each of Spotswood's four games this season. Sabrina Ortolano and Melanie Hager also had assists in the game.

The Chargers travel to Wardlaw-Hartridge for their next contest on Tuesday, September 15 at 4:15 p.m. They are 3-1 on the season thus far.
