SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Spotswood High School is set to host its annual open house for the parents of incoming ninth graders from Helmetta, Spotswood, and Milltown virtually on Wednesday, January 27 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The annual event gives parents an overview of SHS. This year because of the coronavirus pandemic, the event will be held virtually through a Zoom link or by using the Meeting ID 828 7207 7445 and the password 593845.

The evening will include presentations from Spotswood High School Principal Amy Jablonski, Spotswood High School Vice-Principal Michael Mastroserio, and Spotswood High School Counseling Chair Lauren Buchanan. Topics covered include:

  • The school's academic offerings
  • College planning
  • Counseling programs
  • Academic Eligibility
  • School security

The high school hosts a separate athletics and extracurricular night in the spring. This year it will be held on May 5 at 6:30 p.m.

Questions can be sent in ahead of time by completing an online Google Form. The form includes space for one to three questions.
