MONROE, NJ - The Spotswood High School boys varsity basketball team lost its third straight game on the court on Saturday, January 28 to Monroe High School, 75-62. Sashank Sindhia netted a game-high 26 points in the win for the Falcons while AK Patel scored 13 and Luke Patel earned 12 points. Adbullah Nieskens was the top scorer for Spotswood in the loss. Nieskens put up 18 points on the scoreboard. Senior Andrew Fuzest added 15 points for the Chargers. Sophomore Matt Vento chipped in 13 points while his older brother JT Vento scored 11. Both Justin Dekovics and Vinnie Guardiola netted six for Spotswood.

The loss dropped the Chargers' overall season record to 5-12. They are 1-6 n conference play. Spotswood will travel to Plainsboro on Monday, January 30 to take on West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. Tip off is at 5:30 p.m.
