WOODBRIDGE, NJ - Spotswood High School junior Chloe Donelan will be representing the Chargers in Tuesday's Greater Middlesex Conference Bowling finals. Donelan qualified for the final round of the GMCs after finishing eighth in a field of 161 bowlers. The top 36 bowlers qualify to move on to the finals after their weekend performance at Majestic Lanes. East Brunswick's Rebecca Reitano finished first overall. Mother Seton's Dominique Liatonio, Old Bridge's Stephanie Kotropoulous, JP Stevens' Yoana Hyman-Cruz, South Brunswick's Jillian Kwock, East Brunswick's Mackenzie Keene and Woodbridge's Meagan Raimondo round out the top eight finishers.

Even though Spotswood High School does not have a bowling team, Donelan is still able to bowl in the conference and state tournaments as an individual bowler. The Spotswood native finished 11th in last year's conference tournament and also represented Spotswood in last year's state tournament, finishing eighth overall. She just missed qualifying for the state finals which included only the top five finishers.

Donelan is a member of the Spotswood High School girls varsity tennis team and outside of school competes in Junior Bowlers Tour tournaments along with the annual Pepsi Youth Tournament and the Mid-Atlantic Youth Tournament.

Tuesday's finals will also be held at Majestic Lanes.
