Spotswood Softball Routs New Brunswick

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The Spotswood High School varsity softball team scored a lopsided 16-1 victory over New Brunswick High School on Wednesday, April 12. An eight run first and a six run second topped off the majority of the scoring for the Chargers who scored 16 runs on 21 hits. The Zebras scored one run on seven hits. Their win moves Spotswood's overall record on the young season to 3-2. They are 3-1 in league play. The Chargers will travel to Colonia High School today for a 4 p.m. away game.
