MILLTOWN, NJ - Turkeys may be on everyone's mind with the Thanksgiving holiday a little over a week away. However, for those who may be counting, there are only 41 shopping days until Christmas.

Milltown has three upcoming events to help residents stuff the stockings and get into the spirit early this holiday season.

On Friday, November 20 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., the Friends of the Milltown Library will be hosting a silent auction at the West Church Street library. There will be a variety of items to bid on that includes housewares, jewelry and a whole host of stuff in between. Bids start at $2.00.
