MILLTOWN, NJ - It may be January, but summer really is just around the corner and now is the time to begin searching for summer employment. Milltown's Albert Avenue Summer Recreation Program is currently looking to fill the following positions for the upcoming summer season:

  • Site Director/Manager - CPR, first aid and epi-pen certification, flexible pre-season hours
  • Certified Adult Group Leader - CPR, first aid and epi-pen certification, flexible pre-season hours
  • Non-Certified Group Leader - basic first aid, CPR helpful
  • Counselors
Camp Albert is a six-week program that is run through the Milltown Recreation Department. It is held Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. until noon. Applications can be found on the Milltown Boro website.

Part time positions are also available for the Milltown Borough Pool's 10-week summer session. The following positions are available with flexible hours from Mondays through Sundays during the summer:

  • Manager- must have CPO, CPR/AED/first aid, blood borne pathogens and lifeguard certification
  • Assistant Manager - must have CPO, CPR/AED/first aid, blood borne pathogens and lifeguard certification
  • Supervisor - must have CPR/first aid, blood borne pathogens and lifeguard certification
  • Lifeguard - must have CPR, first aid, blood borne pathogens and lifeguard certification
  • Gate Attendant- Must have CPR/first aid certification
