NEW JERSEY - Black Friday and Cyber Monday have already passed, but how about Dating Sunday? Match.com has designated the Sunday after New Year's Day, January 3, as Dating Sunday for 2016.

The popular online dating website for singles has discovered that there is a 60 percent rise in new members from Christmas Day through Valentine's Day with the days directly following New Year's as being a prime time to find a significant other. Perhaps it's the nagging questions from well-meaning family and friends over the holidays or the lack of someone to kiss at the start of another new year that's responsible for the surge.

Whatever the reason, finding a meaningful relationship in the new year is just like any other New Year's resolution. So, for single people or those who are finding themselves single again in 2016, where are the best places to find love for the upcoming year?
