SPOTSWOOD, NJ - The Spotswood Public Library is offering a host of holiday fun in December including a New Year's at Noon celebration on Tuesday, December 31 at 11 a.m., letting youngsters ring in 2020 a bit early. There is family-friendly fun for kids and adults all month long. The following events are on tap for December:

  • Friday Stitches at 4 p.m. - Bring a stitching craft to work on or learn something new with fellow stitchers. Registration is required.
  • Pajama Party on Wednesday, December 18 at 6:30 p.m. - Registration is not required for 30 minutes of bedtime stories, songs and more. Bring a bedtime pal to cuddle with and wear pajamas.
  • Gingerbread story and craft on Monday, December 30 at 6:30 p.m. - Registration is required for this event which is ideal for children five years of age and up. Participants will hear a story and make a craft. Hot coco and cookies will be served
  • New Year's at Noon on Tuesday, December 31 at 11 a.m. - Registration is required for this early 2020 celebration that includes a special countdown to the new year.
