SPOTSWOOD, NJ - With uncertainty surrounding the summer of 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Spotswood Recreation Department has announced the cancellation of its upcoming programs and events. For the summer of 2020, the S'Woodstock kickoff, the annual Fishing Derby, the Spotswood Chargers football and basketball camps, the arts and crafts camp and the tennis camp will not be held.

The Spotswood Recreation Department stated in the announcement that they "deeply regret the cancellations" and look forward to bringing the popular borough camps and events back in 2021. The REC Department will continue to offer virtual activities on their Virtual REC Center is set up last week on its website.
