SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Now is the perfect time to get a library card if residents do not already have one. The Spotswood Public Library is closed until further notice because of the coronavirus crisis, but residents can still apply for a card online. A Spotswood Public Library card gives residents access to a full selection of online books, audio books, magazines, music, movies and more. Once registered, it will take one to two days for a new application to receive a temporary library card number and a PIN number.

The temporary card and PIN gives complete access to the e-library. When the library reopens, anyone with a temporary card should come in with a photo identification and proof of residency to in order to complete the process and be allowed to check materials out of the library.
