SPOTSWOOD, NJ - National Leap into Science Week is held annually. This year's celebration of science will be held on February 24 through March 1. The yearly celebration of science and literacy is designed to integrate open-ended activities with children's literature. The Spotswood Public Library is celebrating National Leap into Science Week February 24 through February 28 with three hands-on workshops. There will be a Leap into Science program for preschoolers on Tuesday, February 25 at 3:30 p.m., for children in grades kindergarten through second on Wednesday, February 26 at 3:30 p.m. and a program for tweens on Thursday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m.
Registration is required for the Leap into Science programs and can be done online at the Spotswood Public Library's website, by telephoning the library at 732-251-1515 or in-person at the library's circulation desk. The Spotswood Public library is located at 548 Main Street.
