HELMETTA, NJ - Spotswood High School senior Victoria Schapley has enjoyed her four years as a Charger. She has loved all her teachers at the high school and can't pick a favorite because they all have been "wonderful." The Helmetta native has been an honor roll or a high honor roll student while at Spotswood High School. She enjoyed being a part of the school's Volleyball Club.

Outside of school, Schapley volunteers her time to the Special Olympics and the local food bank. She loves ice skating and is a huge New Jersey Devils fan. Her favorite player on the team is Nico Hirschier. Schapley's dad is better known around the halls of Spotswood High School as Officer Ed. Sergeant Edward Schapley of the Spotswood Police Department is also the Spotswood School District's Safety Officer. Schapley's favorite class at Spotswood High School was Criminal Justice/Forensics.

Schapley has many fond memories of her time as a Charger. Field trips were always fun as was Saturday afternoon and Friday evening football games. Field days, where grades compete against each other in different games, were a blast too.

In the fall, Schapley will be attending Brookdale Community College in Middletown. Schapley will be entering Brookdale's nursing program.
