SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Spotswood School District Superintendent Graham Peabody announced this afternoon that the district would remain closed through Sunday, March 29. Spotswood School District students would continue the remote learning procedures that began on Tuesday. The closure includes all sports and extracurricular activities. Peabody noted that the district would reassess the current coronavirus situation on a weekly basis. However, he did warn parents a long-term closure may become a reality. Peabody asked parents to have a plan in place should remote learning continue for an extended period of time.
During the time period the Spotswood School District's four schools are closed to students, the buildings are also closed to the general public. Anyone wanting to visit one of the schools must call ahead in order to arrange an appointment or reach out to the building principal through email.
