SPOTSWOOD, NJ - With many kids heading back to college or older ones moving out, many residents find themselves empty nesters with a shrinking dinner table. If cooking smaller meals is a challenge, stop by the Spotswood Public Library's Cooking for One or Two on Tuesday, September 24 at 2 p.m. Spotswood ShopRite dietitian MaryRose Angel  is hosting a program to help residents prepare healthy meals for one or two diners. Angel will discuss meal planning and shopping. She will also have recipe booklets and coupons on hand for all participants to take home. Registration is required for this free program and can be completed online at the Spotswood Public Library's website, by telephoning the library at 732-251-1515 or at the circulation desk.
