SPOTSWOOD, NJ - The Spotswood PTA will mark its 80th anniversary on Friday, March 6 with its annual Founders Day dinner and awards banquet. This year's event will be the final for Spotswood PTA President Melissa Hallerman. Hallerman is retiring from her position as president and from the organization that she has been an integral part of for more than 10 years.

The March 6 Founders Day Dinner will be held at the Ria Mar Restaurant and Bar from 6 p.m to 10 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person. The evening will include the installation of the organization's new officers, recognition for the Spotswood School District's 2020 teacher and support staff professionals of the year, presentations for PTA Lifetime Membership awards as well as honoring the 2020 PTA Volunteer of the Year.
