HELMETTA, NJ - The borough will hold its first in-person council meeting on Wednesday, July 15 at 7 p.m. Helmetta's Borough Council has been holding virtual meetings since the coronavirus shutdown occurred on in mid-March. Residents may attend the July 15 meeting, but must wear face coverings and adhere to social distancing guidelines. Mayor Chris Slavicek's Wednesday Mayor's Hours from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. remain canceled. Helmetta reopened its borough offices to the public on June 15.
