SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Councilman Larry Kraemer was named the Borough Council President for the Spotswood Borough Council on Monday, January 6. Kraemer was tapped the new borough council president following a unanimous vote at the annual reorganization meeting. He replaces Councilman Charlie Spicuzzo who was named borough council president last January. Both Kraemer and Spicuzzo were elected to the Spotswood Borough Council in November of 2018.

Lawrence Sachs will be the new borough attorney. The East Brunswick based attorney replaces Patrick Diegnan Jr. who previously served as the borough attorney. Diegnan is also a state senator, representing the 18th Legislative District since 2016.
