NEW JERSEY - The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission's agencies, road testing and inspection facilities will be closed for the next two weeks in response to the spread of the coronavirus throughout the Garden State. The NJMVC anticipates re-opening on Monday, March 31 according to its website.
All driver licenses, non-driver IDs, vehicle registrations and inspection stickers expiring before May 31 have been extended for the next two months. During this two-week period, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission's main office and its online operations will remain open. According to information on its website, most renewals, replacements, change of addresses and other transactions can be processes online at their website.
