SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Sophomore Kirti Craig netted two goals and added one assist in the Spotswood High School girls varsity soccer team's 3-0 victory over South Plainfield High School on Monday. It was the third straight win for the Chargers and the third shutout in a row for goalkeeper Julia Masucci. Stephanine Yarnall had a goal and an assist for Spotswood in the win while Mandee Mendez had an assist.

Masucci made seven saves in the Chargers' victory. Once again the Spotswood offense kept the opposing goalkeeper busy. Rebecca Hollo stopped 17 Spotswood shots. The win improves Spotswood's overall season record to 3-0. The Chargers travel to Middlesex on Wednesday to take on the Blue Jays. Middlesex is 2-2 on the season. Game time is 4 p.m.
